Our private programs follow Alberta Health Services guidelines. Invite Focused Fitness YYC to your backyard or driveway to lead kids in the same family/bubble through an active and skill-building session. The instructor will maintain physical distancing and will not share the equipment that the participants use.
Boxing helps develop speed, balance, and eye-hand coordination, applicable to all other sports. Participants will learn the fundamental boxing stance and footwork, proper punching techniques, punching combinations, and defensive maneuvers, all in a safe and supervised environment.
No direct physical contact will occur. New youth boxing gloves and pads will be supplied.

Improve your handle! Learn the fundamentals of proper dribbling techniques, from beginner crossovers to one-handed behind the back moves. Develop agility, eye-hand coordination, speed, and control, while trying new and challenging drills.
